Shipping & Returns

The delivery time and cost is indicated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. We offer free shipping when ordering over 80€/800SEK.

You must provide correct and complete address information in your order as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you complete your purchase. The customer is solely responsible that the name on the order matches the name on the letter/mailbox/postbox on the delivery address. Our transporters do not deliver during weekends or on public holidays.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an order complete email. Please contact us if you have not received your email within 3 business days.

Muli collection is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.
