You must provide correct and complete address information in your order as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you complete your purchase. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors due to lack of information or failure of the delivery address in its order.

Our transporters do not deliver during weekends or on public holidays.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an order complete email. Please contact us if you have not received your email within 3 business days.

Muli collection is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges. 

Customs & Imports duty charges do not apply to customers in Sweden, Norway or the European Union.

For all packages/orders not dissolving-out, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of shipping and handling. Handling fee is currently 200SEK/20Euro.
