Can the charm be worn in water? Yes. The stainless steel is waterproof thanks to its 18k gold PVD coating. However, to help preserve the natural beauty of the genuine freshwater pearl, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water whenever possible.

What jewelry can the charm be used with? The charm is designed to fit our Charm Necklace, Charm Bracelet and Charm Anklet.

Is a necklace or bracelet included? No. This charm is sold without a chain. You can add a Charm Necklace, Charm Bracelet or Charm Anklet directly on the product page.

Is the product available in your Stockholm store? Yes. The product is part of our in-store assortment and is available at our store at Hamngatan 11. Temporary stockouts may occur.

Shipping & Returns

The delivery time and cost is indicated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. We offer free shipping when ordering over 80€/800SEK.

You must provide correct and complete address information in your order as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you complete your purchase. Our transporters do not deliver during weekends or on public holidays.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an order complete email. Please contact us if you have not received your email within 3 business days.

Muli collection is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.
