You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

For returns within Sweden, a return shipping fee of SEK 39 will be deducted from your refund once we have received and processed your return.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you can do so free of charge. Simply register your exchange through our return portal.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to reach our warehouse after you have shipped it. Once your return has been received, it may take 2–6 business days for us to inspect, register, and process it.

If you paid by card, your refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Register your return via our return portal below. 
When you have registered your return you will receive an email with a return label/ QR Code and info on how to send your order back to us.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

You can change the size of your product free of charge through our RETURN PORTAL. It is not possible to exchange to another color or another item. In this case please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
 

HOW DO I MAKE A RECLAIM?

If you wish to make a claim, you can easily do so through our RETURN PORTAL. Follow the steps in the portal and submit your request together with the information asked for.

Once your claim has been submitted, it will be handled continuously by our team. You can expect a response within 48 hours on business days.

If the claim is approved, we will replace the product with a new one. Please note that we do not cover damage caused by incorrect use, accidents, or loss. We recommend reading our care instructions for more information on how to take care of your jewelry.
 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

WITHDRAWAL

If you decide to withdraw from your purchase after your order has been shipped, you must first collect the package and then return it to us.

If the package is not collected and is returned to us as unclaimed, an unclaimed parcel fee will be charged.
 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

The package is located at a pick up point for 7 days before it gets returned to us. Once we have received your parcel you will receive an email with a return confirmation. For all packages that are not collected, you will be charged for the shipping cost, return shipping and a fee of SEK 200 (equivalent to the costs of handling fees, as well as pickup of return packages at agents).

You are welcome to make your return up to 14 days from the day you received your order. You will find all the information you need to proceed with your return by downloading the return label below. The cost of an international return is at your own expense.

You can expect it to take up to 14 days from the date you have sent your return until our warehouse has received it. Thereafter it can take us 2-6 days to register and process your return. If you have paid by card, it may take 3-5 banking days until the money is available on your card again.

If an item is returned because of a complaint it will be repaired or exchanged for a new product, at no extra cost. If you want to make a complaint, please email us at hello@mulicollection with pictures of the defect. Muli Collection does not replace damages that are caused by improper use (please read our care instructions), loss or accidents.

RETURNING FROM A NON EUROPEAN COUNTRY?

Customs & Imports duty charges do not apply to customers in Sweden or European Union.

We are not responsible and do not pay for the costs (ex. customs and VAT) that may occur when sending you a product or when we receive a return from a country outside of EU. Please be aware that you might be required to pay Customs & Import duties when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.

(Make sure to declare your returning package as a return at the Post Office. We do not pick up returns with VAT or customs charge. If you are unsure how to declare your return/defect item please contact us at hello@mulicollection.com before returning your item)

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REGRET MY ORDER?

If you have regretted your purchase after the package has been sent from us, you must collect the package and then return it. If the package is not picked up, it will automatically be registered as uncollected and then be debited.
