Agreement when placing an order
By purchasing a product you consent to be legally bound by our terms and conditions.
By placing an order on www.mulicollection.com you must be at least 18 years old, ensure that the details you provide to us are accurate, ensure that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the items. Muli Collection keeps the right to deny/cancel any purchase requested by you. If we deny a purchase you will be contacted by the e-mail address you assigned when you placed your order.
You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided when you have completed your purchase.
A contract between us and you for your purchase will be created once your order has left our warehouse. Products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock from the time you place your order until it is shipped from our warehouse, we are entitled to cancel your purchase of the product as it is no longer available. If this is the case and it occurs, we will notify you and issue a refund.
If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, we will send you information about it to the email address you provided in your order. If the payment has already been made and the money has been deducted, a refund for the full amount will be made using the same method that the payment was first paid with.
Pricing & Payment
Each item is listed with the price including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including taxes, VAT, shipping and payment. Terms of payment are specified in your chart and depend on the chosen payment method. Shipping terms are specified in your chart and depend on the chosen method of shipping. Vat, Customs & taxes may be added when purchasing an order from a country not included in the European Union (not Norway). Muli Collection is responsible for the Vat, Customs & taxes on shipments to Norway, the norwegian customers don't need to pay for these costs.
Muli Collection reserves the right to change and update information without prior notice, including prices, details and information displayed on the website, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
Discount codes and Black Week offers does not include Gift Card or Gift Box.
Shipping & Delivery
The delivery time and cost is indicated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If a product has different delivery time it’s specified by the respective commodity. We are not responsible and do not pay for the costs such as customs and VAT that may occur when sending you a product or when we receive a return.
You must provide correct and complete address information in your order as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you complete your purchase. The customer is solely responsible that the name of the order matches the name of the letter/mailbox/postbox on the delivery address. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors due to lack of information or failure of the delivery address in its order.
Our transporters do not deliver during weekends or on public holidays.
Free gift with purchase
We do not accept misusage of the free gifting. If you make a return of your order and the order amount excluding shipping becomes less than 400SEK / 35€, you are required to return the gift together with the returning items. If the product is not returned in the same package as the returning package you may be obligated to pay for the product (249sek) or delivery cost for returning.
Not Picked up Packages
For all packages not dissolving-out, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of all shipping costs, handling fee and handling fee is currently 200SEK (Swedish krona).
Returns & Exchanges
As a consumer you always have 14 days right of withdrawal at www.mulicollection.com.
Register your return or exchange via our return portal. When you have registered your return you will receive an email with a return label and info on how to send your order back to us.

European Union – 13 €
Internationally – Check with you local carrier
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method when you return your item (Comprises Europe & rest of the world) Since we’re not responsible for any lost packages caused by the courier. You can then easily see if we’ve received your item or where your package is at the time. The item must be in its original & unused condition. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you at your expense. If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
Defective items
You have a three-year guarantee under EU consumer protection for any defective item. If your item is defective you should contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. Complaints made within two months of the detection of the defect are always considered to have been given on time.
You are welcome to register your complaints in our return portal.
Terms & Conditions for all competitions
Below you’ll find the terms and conditions for all Muli Collections competitions. All our competitions are subject to the same conditions and obligations as outlined below.
The Competition is open worldwide to individuals who are 18+.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Competition.
Entrants acknowledge and agree that the prize set under each Competition Announcement Post may be subject to tax by the Entrants national legislation and authorities. Muli Collection cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with winning the Prize, other than what is specified in the Rules. If costs such as taxes or loss of income would arise as a result of winning the Competition, they shall be covered by the Entrants.
The winner/ winners will be notified via a direct message on Instagram, TikTok and/or any other social media platforms @Muli.collection or @Muli.collection.men
We reserve the right to disqualify the winner/ winners if the winner fails to reply to our message within 48 hours and provide us with the necessary information. In such cases, we may select an alternative winner/ winners.
Customs & Import duty charges
Customs & Imports duty charges do not apply to customers in Sweden, Norway or the European Union.
We are not responsible and do not pay for the costs (ex. customs and VAT) that may occur when sending you a product or when we receive a return from a country outside of the EU. Please be aware that you might be required to pay Customs & Import duties when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.
(We do not pick up returns with VAT or customs charge. If you are unsure how to declare your return/defect item please contact us at hello@mulicollection.com before returning your item)
Advent Calendar
No discount code is valid to use on the advent calendar.
The Advent Calendar and its products are not refundable once the sealing is broken.
Trademarks
The trademarks, names and logos displayed on www.mulicollection.com are registered and unregistered trademarks of Muli Collection. Prior written permission from Muli Collection is required for use of any trademark, image or video from the Site. Thus, it is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, download, post, transfer or distribute any document which comes from the Site, in any way.
