Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return?
You are welcome to make your return up to 14 days from the day you received your order.
Please email us att firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with your return.
Make sure the goods are returned unworn and in their original packaging. During Christmas we have extended returns to january 5th.
How do I make an exchange?
If you wish to exchange your product, make a return and then simply place a new order on the website.
How much is the return fee?
The cost of a return within Sweden is 30SEK/3EUR.
The cost of a return outside of Sweden is 50SEK/5EUR.
How long does it take before I get my money refunded?
You can expect it to take up to 14 days from the date you have sent your return until our warehouse has received it. Thereafter it can take us 2-6 days to register and process your return.
If you have paid by card, it may take 3-5 banking days until the money is available on your card again.
How do I make a complaint?
If an item is returned because of a complaint it will be repaired or exchanged for a new product, at no extra cost. If you want to make a complaint, please email us at hello@mulicollection with pictures of the defect. Muli Collection does not replace damages that are caused by improper use (please read our care instructions), loss or accidents.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
The package is located at a pick up point for 14 days before it gets returned to us. Once we have received your parcel you will receive an email with a return confirmation. For all packages that are not collected, you will be charged for the shipping cost, return shipping and a fee of 200SEK (equivalent to the costs of handling fees, as well as pickup of return packages at agents).
What happens if I regret my order?
If you have regretted your purchase after the package has been sent from us, you must collect the package and then return it. If the package is not picked up, it will automatically be registered as uncollected and then be debited.
