Returns & Exchanges
We apply 14 days right of withdrawal that takes effect from the day you received/picked up your order. During christmas we have extended returns to january 5th 2021.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days, providing the goods are returned unworn and in their original packaging.
Upon return within Sweden, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a shipping label. The price for the return is 29 SEK. Exchanges are free of charge.
When returning your item from any country except from Sweden the returns are at your own expense. Contact us by emailing hello@mulicollection to receive the address.
In case of a complaint where we do not find any defect, or if it is a defect caused by wrongly usage the item(s), we may charge a fee of 29 SEK for return shipping back to you, or dispose of it free of charge. If we do not encounter any defects, you are also charged for the shipping cost from you to us. We will keep you updated along the way. We never charge a fee for an approved claim.
If you feel unsure about your claim, you can always send us a picture of what you believe is wrong to get an approval and avoid any additional costs for shipping.
Who pays for the return?
The customer is always responsible for the return cost with the exception of approved claims. If you have paid by card or gift card, the money for the return minus the return shipping will be transferred back to the same payment method you use when you placed your order. The shipping fee is 29kr for swedish customers.
How long does it take before I get my money refunded?
You can expect it to take up to 14 days from the date you have sent your return until our warehouse has received the return. Thereafter it can take us 2-6 days to register and process your return/exchange.
If you have paid by card, it may take 3-5 banking days until the money is available on your card again.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
If your message arrives at a pick up point, it means that the package is either sent with REK shipping or that the package was too large to be delivered in the mailbox. It is PostNord/your local post office that assesses whether the letter can fit in the mailbox, or if it should be sorted to a pick up point instead.
The package is located at a pick up point for 14 days before it gets returned to us. Once we have received your parcel you will receive an email with a return confirmation. For all packages that are not collected, you will be charged for the shipping cost, return shipping and a fee of 200SEK (equivalent to the costs of handling fees, as well as pickup of return packages at agents)
If you have regretted your purchase after the package has been sent from us, you must collect the package and then return it. If the package is not picked up, it will automatically be registered as uncollected and then be debited.
