You must provide correct and complete address information in your order as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you complete your purchase. The customer is solely responsible that the name on the order matches the name on the letter/mailbox/postbox on the delivery address. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors due to lack of information or failure of the delivery address in its order.

Our transporters do not deliver during weekends or on public holidays.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an order complete email. Please contact us if you have not received your email within 3 business days.

Muli collection is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges. 

Customs & Imports duty charges do not apply to customers in Sweden, Norway or the European Union.

For all packages/orders not dissolving-out, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of shipping and handling. Handling fee is currently 200SEK/20Euro.

Gold and silver plated jewelry is a great option when you’re looking for an accessory or gift that doesn’t break your bank. Gold plating is a thin layer of gold placed on to coat the surface, which in our case is brass or stainless steel. The jewelry has the same appearance as a gold jewelry but at a lower price.

The gold layer will slowly fade over time and the brass will be exposed. This is a natural process of a plated item and is not a product defect.

It’s easy to keep the luster of your golden earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces. As it’s covered with a thin layer make sure to take extra care to make your jewelry live longer. Do not spray perfume, hairspray, body lotion or face mists while wearing your Jewelry. Take them off and put them back on when your skin or hair is dry again. Substances like oil, nail polish, nail polish remover, chlorine, perfume or sweat may react with metal/plated jewelry which may make it tarnish easily.

Make sure to remove your jewelry when showering, washing your hands and also when swimming. Clean your jewelry with a cotton roll to remove any dust and dirt after use.
