Shipping Policy

The delivery time and cost is indicated in the shopping chart under each shipping method. 

You must provide correct and complete address information in your order as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you complete your purchase. The customer is solely responsible that the name on the order matches the name on the letter/mailbox/postbox on the delivery address. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors due to lack of information or failure of the delivery address in its order.

Our transporters do not deliver during weekends or on red days.

Muli Collection ships to most countries worldwide via Postnord. Your local postal service will transport your package once it has reached the destination country.

We ship within Europe and offering free shipping when ordering over 40€/400SEK.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an order complete email. Please contact us if you have not received your email within 3 business days.

The processing time for orders is 48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within Sweden is 1-5 business days and 3-20 business days internationally, depending on country. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limed edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

Muli collection is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges. For all packages/orders not dissolving-out, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of shipping and handling. Handling fee is currently 200SEK (Swedish krona).

We are not responsible and do not pay for the costs such as customs and VAT that may occur when sending you a product or when we receive a return.
